2013 Registration fee: $335

Additional Skipper fee: $15

NOTE: Dues are Payable no later than May 8, 2013 (Noon)

Thereafter a LATE FEE of $50 will be enforced.

INSTRUCTIONS

First – COMPLETE (have boat insurance info available) and SUBMIT the following FORM. You will be given the option to pay by check or pay online with Paypal (Paypal account or credit card)

Second – PRINT the Confirmation Page and keep for your records, or mail with your check if you choose not to use online payment. Mail to:

* In order for a Co-Skipper to helm during the Shields National Championship, that person or persons shall be a registered "Active Member" of the Shields National Class Association, requiring an additional fee of $15 to be provided upon submitting registration dues to Shields Fleet 9. Please refer to Shields National Class membership rules for further information.
